Course description

Learn about different approaches to wellbeing of the mind, body and soul, including 'the five ways to wellbeing' and 'ten keys to happier living' (the GREAT DREAM).

 At the beginning of the course, you will have an induction to the College and the course.  Your tutor may ask you to complete an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and agree your personal learning goals.

This course includes a half hour lunch break.
