There will be interactive teaching and learning activities shared with students by the tutor including demonstrations, use of technology, Word Clouds, quizzes, reflective diaries, observation, discussions, direct questioning, self-assessment, working in pairs or groups, working together to develop and challenge what you have learnt, finding out what you can do well and what you could do to improve.

Pen, walking shoes i.e. trainers. Coat/hat gloves/scarf (dress for the weather).

Enrol on the next course or perhaps try other health and wellbeing courses like Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation, Pilates, Move to the Music and Exercise, Body Blitz and Body Tone, Line Dance and Zumba Fitness. We also offer courses and one to one training on iPads/tablets, iPhones and laptops.
At the beginning of the course, you will have an induction to the College and the course. Your tutor may ask you to complete an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and agree your personal learning goals. This paperwork is a requirement of the College’s Quality Improvement Programme.
