Course description

This is an informal workshop style class for all abilities; there is a stimulating, creative atmosphere where many stunning pots and clay sculptures are made. Beginners will be taught pottery and simple sculpture techniques one to one, or in a small group. While the tutor will guide and demonstrate new techniques, the course content is always changing as new ideas and influences emerge and students set their own goals and projects. The pottery studio is well equipped, with several clay types and a wide range of decorating materials.

Please ensure you follow all Health & Safety instructions as given by your tutor.  If you are pregnant or suffer from another medical condition that may be affected by contact with hazardous substances please inform your tutor.
