Course description

This short summer course is an informal workshop style class for all abilities; it is suitable as a taster class for an absolute beginner, or as a continuation for more experienced students. Beginners will be taught pottery techniques one to one, or in a small group. Experienced students will be encouraged to choose fun summer projects with challenging goals to improve skills. The pottery studio is well equipped, with several clay types and a wide range of decorating materials.

Additional information - General

At the beginning of the course, you will have an induction to the College and the course. Your tutor will ask you to complete a Student Learning Record (SLR) and agree your personal learning goals. All documents are a requirement of the Funding Agency. All students on courses funded by the ESFA must complete a Learning Agreement and SLR.
