Most photographers think they have to use Lightroom to organise and enhance their images and don't know about the fantastic inbuilt catalog system called Bridge, and the even better image-developing program called Adobe Camera Raw - or ACR for short. Both programs very easy to use and they are absolutely free and built into Photoshop! Suitable for photographers or beginners who would love to enhance and organise their photos. Whether you are shooting landscapes, cities, wildlife or portraiture - you can develop your photographs to their highest potential.
No guidence required. Students can have any digital camera, but must be able to download them to the computer on the day.

How you will learn on this course
You will be taught in using first hand instruction and hands on guidance. Use computers and visual aids such as the white board.
How you will be assessed on this course
1.How to efficiently catalog, rename and rate your images. 2. How to enhance your images to their fullest potential with ACR. 3.How to use basic developments in Exposure, White Balance and Sharpening and more defined adjustments like the radial filter and the adjustment brush.

At the beginning of the course, you will have an induction to the College and the course. Your tutor may ask you to complete an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and agree your personal learning goals. This paperwork is a requirement of the College’s Quality Improvement Programme.
