Parents/carers and children work together to make pots ideas from around the world using simple hand building pottery techniques and a potter's wheel as well as decorating and glazing. PLEASE NOTE: The adult whose enrolment details we have MUST be the adult who attends with the child(ren) each and every session of the course.
One adult + one child 7+
What you will learn
Learn how to design, model, build and decorate your pot. Basic hand building techniques including pinch pots, slab pots and coiling pots will be covered. You will notice improved concentration, confidence, self – esteem and creativity.
How you will learn on this course
There will be demonstrations and mini lectures on each aspect of the course. Discussion on a group and individual level will take place. Much of the teaching will be one to one.

None expected but some research suggested for individual personal projects.
