Including some exercise and wellbeing into your everyday life is vital for preventing many diseases and health conditions. We have a variety of fitness, dance and mindfulness courses to suit everyone in the mornings, afternoons, twilight, evenings and Saturdays. There are tasters, workshops, short/long courses to suit all ages (currently 19-92!) and for all abilities.
It is never too early or too late to start learning how we can get help to prevent or delay disease and disorders by practising activities to relieve stress. Discover your individual creativity and experience various ways to exercise the memory, learn the benefits of eating well and the importance of sleep. Participate in gentle exercise to relax the body and mind, combined with varied activities whilst socialising with others.
Tone and sculpt your body, helping to define muscles in this challenging class. Adding resistance of your own body weight, bands or light dumbbells focusing on specific muscle groups. Tone target zones and blitz those arms, shoulders legs and bottom.
