Vegan and Meat Based Party Nibbles
This is a short course with Christmas festivities in mind. We will make cheese bites, vegetarian or saucy mini sausage rolls, mushroom or chicken liver pate and mini stilton and parsnip or smoked salmon and chive tartlets. Items can be made with gluten free flour and dairy free fat/cheese. All baking freezes well.
In addition a range of dips (sweet and savoury), fried items and kebabs will be shown and can be tasted. |
