Physical and Mental health are fundamental to wellbeing and are essential components of social cohesion, productivity and help to provide peace and stability in our lives.  We offer a variety of courses in a safe environment for students to experience learning to enhance wellbeing and to help us deal with a variety of different life events.  We can help to provide support and stability through a variety of different short/long courses, tasters, workshops, days, evenings and Saturdays from Art to Zumba.
