Health and Wellbeing

Physical and Mental health are fundamental to wellbeing and are essential components of social cohesion, productivity and help to provide peace and stability in our lives.  We offer a variety of courses in a safe environment for students to experience learning to enhance wellbeing and to help us deal with a variety of different life events.  We can help to provide support and stability through a variety of different short/long courses, tasters, workshops, days, evenings and Saturdays from Art to Zumba.

Discover your individual creativity and experience various ways to exercise the memory, learn the benefits of eating well and the importance of sleep.
