​Multiply is a new FREE government-funded programme to help adults across the UK improve their numeracy skills.

If you’re aged 19+ and do not already have a GCSE at grade C (or equivalent) in maths, Multiply is available to you.

Whether you’re looking to boost your number skills to progress at work or to help with daily tasks, Multiply will help you:
  • Manage your money
  • Prepare for progression at work
  • Support your child with their home learning
  • Progress to further study or training

​What’s the difference between inflation and interest? How will the recent changes in the news affect you? What money-saving tips can you make use of? Our course will help you to learn answers to these questions and more!
​Family maths games
​Games and puzzles to make maths accessible and fun for the whole family. Ideas to take home and enjoy with kids and grown-up kids!
​Multiplication and Division
​A look at some of the different methods used for multiplying and dividing without a calculator and a chance to practice your favourites.
​The Language of Maths 
​Learn to understand and interpret basic mathematical operations, build maths related vocabulary and learn to apply it solving maths word problems.
​Fractions, Decimals & Percentages Workshop L1/L2
​Fractions, Decimals, Percentages are used in SO many places and being able to use them efficiently is incredibly useful. This workshop will look at skills such as calculating percentages of amounts, both with and without a calculator; working out percentage change; identifying fraction of a whole; converting fractions into decimals and percentages.
​Data, Data, Everywhere!  
​We see charts, graphs and statistics in the news all the time! Should we always believe them? How can we make sense of them? In this session we will look at different ways of representing data and investigate which are most useful for different situations.
​Maths for Parents
​What’s different about maths lessons from when we were at school?
How can I stop my children picking up my fears of maths?
What can I do to support my children with maths?
If you’re curious about any of these questions come along to our session to find out more.
​Word Problems
​This workshop will help you to build your confidence solving word problems. Practise using the maths language to understand word problems and learn the key steps to solve them. 
​Revision Workshop for Level 2
​Revise and practise key topics covered in your Level 2 course to build your confidence and get ready for the exam.
