At the ​Learning and Enterprise College, we pride ourselves in putting your learning experience at the heart of what we do by delivering the best quality service possible. Listening to your feedback is essential for us to improve our services, and we would appreciate any compliments and comments you wish to give to our dedicated staff.

We aim to work with you to find a quick resolution to any complaints without the need to use the formal process wherever possible. We understand that sometimes this cannot be achieved, therefore we have a process to deal with any formal complaints.
