​Here at the Learning and Enterprise College Bexley, we are dedicated to supporting our local community including our employers and partner organisations.  We actively seek new methods by which Bexley businesses and partners have the opportunity to engage in education and employment activities contributing to the growth of the borough.

Employers

Our Business Employment Support and Training programme (BEST) is designed to meet the needs of businesses and priority sectors such as Health & Social Care, Hospitality, Creative Industries, Early Years and Retail.

​If your business needs more than just an off-the-shelf solution, we can develop a bespoke training programme to meet your requirements, taking into account business operations, working hours and other factors that make upskilling your staff easier.

Community Outreach

​Through outreach learning, we will strive to support local people, businesses and communities, facilitating and enabling the growth of thriving and resilient communities, social inclusion and cultural development.

We will aspire to create sustainable partnerships working from community hubs that foster learning and employment. We will promote and ensure that vulnerable residents accessing learning, support and guidance receive a high quality and responsive engagement. 

​Outreach learning will encourage the development of personal, social, physical and economic skills and abilities.
